HESI Admissions Exam
The HESI Admissions Exam is required for select health programs at 91Ƭ. The exam includes three academic sections: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Math.
HESI Exam Information
- Score Validity: HESI Admissions Exam scores are valid for three years from the date of testing. Contact your academic counselor for additional information regarding score validity and admission requirements.
- Exam Fee: $55.00
- Registration: Call 920.693.1184 to register for an available testing date.
- Retesting: Students may retake the HESI multiple times. Retests require payment of the full exam fee.
- Transfer Scores: If you have taken the HESI exam at another institution, you may request that your official scores be transferred to the 91Ƭ Records Department for evaluation and inclusion in your academic file.
Preparation
91Ƭ Library offers the study guide entitled (6th edition), available for a two-week checkout period.
Students preparing for the HESI exam can use this free online practice test to become familiar with the types of questions they may encounter and identify areas where they may need additional review.

Day of Test
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in with:
- A valid photo ID
- Exam fee payment
- Your confirmation email
- Your Evolve username and password

Prohibited Items
Food, books, papers, calculators, listening devices, cell phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the testing room. Pencils and scratch paper will be provided.
