File correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used. Locate and remove material from files when requested.

Receive and process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, classified ads, or services such as repairs, installations, or facility rentals. Duties may include informing customers of pricing, shipping dates, delays, preparing contracts, and handling complaints.

Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, visitors, and the public regarding organizational activities, services, departments, and personnel.

Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, bookkeeping, word processing, operating office equipment, and maintaining files and records.

Operate office equipment such as photocopying, duplicating, and imaging machines to support daily business operations and document management.
