Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications systems. Perform maintenance to ensure networks operate efficiently with minimal interruption.

Provide technical assistance to computer users by answering questions and resolving hardware and software issues in person, by phone, or electronically. May assist with installation, printing, operating systems, email, and other technology-related needs.

Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), data communications networks, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Monitor system performance, manage user access, maintain backups, install software updates, and support network planning and administration.
